At BRKLYN Brass, every fixture is thoughtfully handcrafted to meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and design. Because many of our pieces are made to order, we encourage customers to carefully review their selections before completing a purchase.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
The product is returned in its original packaging, including all components and documentation.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Items that have been installed, altered, scratched, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, the following items are non-returnable:
Custom-made or special-order finishes
Personalized or modified products
Clearance or final sale items
Installed fixtures
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us prior to initiating a return.
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
Do not install the item.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Await return authorization instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different finish or model, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
For international purchases:
Return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for customs clearance delays.
