1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time, typically 7–21 business days, depending on the product and finish.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping charges are clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time estimates begin after order processing is completed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier services.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

  • BRKLYN Brass is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Restrict shipping to certain regions

  • Cancel orders if shipping services are unavailable to a destination

If this occurs, you will be notified and fully refunded.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product

  • Do not install the product

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

BRKLYN Brass is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses resulting from incorrect details

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
